This is a small park along the waterfront with a boat launch. Be aware as the launch and parking is restricted to residents or special permit holders $$. The water is deep here and there has been some very big fish taken just off shore, but you are confined to the mille iles river. You can go east on the river for a good distance, but it is not all deep water, caution is required.
